Hi, what are you looking for?

Did You Know?

Did you know that New York state went from being one of the most open states for ballot access to one of the least open with a stroke of a pen?

The Governor and state legislature rigged future elections by making it all but impossible for new parties to exist unless they endorse one of the two major parties’ candidates.

As a result, more than 300,000 voters lost their political party in 2020. The SAM Party of New York, the state’s newest party, also lost ballot status…but we’re not going anywhere.

At SAM, we believe that New Yorkers deserve more voices to solve the state’s problems.

We are working on behalf of everyone who believes that the two-party system isn’t working, and that all voices aren’t red or blue.

Tell Governor Cuomo and the state legislature that you want independent voices back. To learn more about the SAM Party of New York and how to accomplish this, visit
